Booking & Payment

A 35% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date. Your date is not officially reserved until the required retainer and booking requirements are completed.

The remaining balance is due no later than the end of your scheduled session unless otherwise stated in your individual booking agreement. Payments are non-refundable except where specifically stated in writing.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Clients may reschedule once without an additional fee by providing at least 7 days’ notice. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a $50 fee and are subject to availability.

The booking retainer remains non-refundable if the client cancels. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may be charged 50% of the remaining balance. No-shows may be charged the full session fee.

If Kandid Keeno Photography must cancel and a mutually agreeable replacement date cannot be scheduled, payments made toward the affected session will be refunded.

Session Time & Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for their scheduled session. Late arrival does not guarantee additional shooting time.

Clients are also responsible for supervising children and obtaining any required permissions or permits for locations they select unless otherwise agreed upon.

Image Selection & Delivery

Final professionally edited images will be delivered through a private online gallery according to the quantity and turnaround time included in your selected package.

RAW and unedited images are not included or delivered. Additional edited images may be purchased at the rate specified in your package or booking agreement.

Artistic Style

By booking Kandid Keeno Photography, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and are familiar with my portfolio and editing style. While your ideas and preferences are always welcome, final image selection, editing, and creative decisions remain at the photographer’s discretion.

Differences in personal preference regarding editing or artistic style do not qualify for a refund.

Copyright & Personal Usage

Kandid Keeno Photography retains the copyright to all photographs created during the session.

Once full payment has been received, clients receive permission to download, print, and share their delivered images for personal use. Images may not be sold or used commercially without written permission.

Clients should not apply filters, substantially alter, or otherwise re-edit delivered photographs without permission.

Portfolio & Promotional Use

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, images may be used by Kandid Keeno Photography for portfolio display, website content, social media, advertising, publication, and other promotional purposes.

Clients with specific privacy concerns should discuss them before their session.

Unforeseen Circumstances

Weather, illness, emergencies, venue restrictions, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside reasonable control may require a session to be adjusted or rescheduled.

If circumstances prevent Kandid Keeno Photography from completing the agreed services and a replacement session cannot reasonably be provided, liability will be limited to payments made for the affected services.

Agreement

By booking photography services with Kandid Keeno Photography, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to these general terms as well as the specific terms contained in your individual booking agreement or contract.
