Start by submitting an inquiry or selecting the session you’d like to book. Once your date and details are confirmed, a 35% non-refundable retainer is required to officially reserve your session.

Most galleries are delivered within 1–2 weeks following your session. Turnaround times may vary for larger events or special projects, and any different delivery timeline will be communicated before booking.

Your professionally edited images will be delivered through a private online gallery, where you can view and download your final selections.

No. RAW and unedited images are not delivered. Your final gallery includes professionally selected and edited images that represent the quality and style of my work.

Yes. If your package includes a set number of images, additional edited images may be purchased for $20 per image, unless otherwise stated in your package.

Wear something that makes you feel comfortable and confident. I generally recommend avoiding distracting logos and overly busy patterns. I’m also happy to provide outfit guidance based on your location and the overall look you’re going for.

Please plan to arrive on time and ready for your session. If you arrive late, your session will continue within the remaining scheduled time so that other appointments are not affected.

Yes. You may reschedule once at no additional charge when at least 7 days’ notice is provided. Additional rescheduling requests may require a $50 fee, and all new dates are subject to availability.

Your 35% booking retainer is non-refundable. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may require payment of 50% of the remaining balance. No-shows may be responsible for the full session fee.

If I need to cancel or reschedule due to illness, an emergency, severe weather, or another unforeseen circumstance, I’ll work with you to find a new date. If we’re unable to reschedule, payments made toward the affected session will be refunded.

Absolutely. I serve the Nashville, Clarksville, Lebanon, and surrounding Tennessee areas and am available for travel. Additional travel fees may apply depending on the location.

Please don’t apply filters or make significant edits to delivered images. Each final image is professionally edited to represent my photography style. If you need an adjustment, reach out and I’ll be happy to discuss it.

Images may be used to showcase my work through my portfolio, website, social media, and marketing unless different arrangements are agreed upon in writing. If you have privacy concerns, please discuss them with me before your session.
